Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with variety, clean and comfortable room with high ceilings, perfect for a weekend break in Venice.

We had a fantastic Christmas holiday at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel offered good value for money, making our stay even better. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a holiday getaway.

The poor internet connection in the room. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi on multiple devices, frustrating.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very central and close to all the major sights. The staff were also very kind and helpful, providing great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food. Additionally, the hotel had a pleasant and sunny breakfast room overlooking a canal.

Getting to the hotel was quite a challenge as there was no clear directions provided.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the high ceilings and big tall windows in our room, along with the Venetian-style decor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. The hotel's location close to the Rialto Bridge and market made it easy to find great restaurants in the area. The family-owned hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of everything. The location is perfect, tucked away down a narrow alleyway with lots of atmosphere. The rooms are in true Venetian style, with a nice bathroom and a view on a little channel. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast had a variety that suited everyone, with hot food offered and espresso made to order.

This hotel had a prime location, making it easy to walk to all the top attractions. From St Marks Square to the water taxi, everything was conveniently close by. The clean rooms and modern bathrooms were a nice touch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was tasty and filling, with options for any palette. The unique view from the rooftop terrace was an added bonus, providing a stunning perspective of the surrounding city.

The hotel lacked an elevator, making it difficult for guests with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for a romantic getaway and it was perfect! The staff were friendly and charming, always willing to help. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of San Marco. The rooms were small but sufficient, especially if you don't spend much time inside. And the price was reasonable too!

We loved the great location, just minutes from St Mark's square. Reception open 24/7 for easy access and assistance. Delicious continental breakfast with lots of choices. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the air conditioner was a relief in the hot weather.
